Day 1:
Morning: 
After a welcome coffee we visit the Ferme aux Cinq Saisons (farm of the five seasons) in the company of François. Baking is his speciality and you'll watch the process while listening to stories and legends of Normandy. After the visit a local aperitif awaits you.
Next we go to Vauville botanical gardens, dining under a marquee.
Afternoon: 
Guided visit of Vauville botanical gardens
Classed 'jardin remarquable' in 2004, the Vauville Botanical gardens covers over 9 acres and is home to more than 700 species from the southern hemisphere. Around the chateau, architectural jewel of the Cotentin peninsula, the gardens are like a succession of green rooms with an extraordinary subtropical atmosphere, overlooking the sea.
Classed as a Historical monument in 1992 and as a Jardin remarquable in 2004.
Vauville been honoured with the French Heritage Society prize (USA – 2005) and the Pictet Prize (Switzerland – 2006).

Dinner and show at the Bunehou farm-auberge
Day 2:
Morning: Visit one of la Hague's three traditional cider breweries. The different stages of work surrounding cider production, from harvest to bottling.
We finish up with a tasting session - calvados, pommeau, cider and apple juice.

Afternoon: Guided tour of La Hague
A few hours to dicover the unequalled charm of the region.
